• Niko’s birthday! Well, not really a blast. We just attended the mass in Greenbelt and had dinner with his family the night before his birthday. He had to study on his birthday because he had exams the following day. Because of the continuous price increase of all stuff, I wasn’t able to buy him anything. HAHA. :haha:
• My first nephew was born. July 4. Justin Nathan. They returned to Makati 2 weeks ago, but they stayed on my brother’s girlfriend’s apartment. But sometimes, they stay here overnight. I just love babies.
• I had a HUGE fight with my mom because of my fucktard good-for-nothing brother. If you know my story about my brother, then this would not need any explanation. But the worst thing is, my mom sticks to that fucktard’s side instead of mine! WTH. >:(
• My mom and I are alright now. LOL.
• My mom sold an iPhone to my brother’s girlfriend. And she bought it - FOR HIM, JUST SO HE WOULD STAY WITH HER AND THEIR CHILD AND STOP -EVEN FOR A WHILE- SEEING HIS OTHER GIRLFRIEND. Suhol. FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK. HOW COME HE GETS THINGS HE DOESN’T DESERVE?
  
• MY INTERNET CONNECTION SUCKS. BIG TIME. That’s why I wasn’t able to blog for a month.

So I’ve been gone for almost a month. I’m actually not expecting anyone anymore to drop by and comment. Because most of the comments I get are from those whose sites I comment on. (Nahilo ako sa grammar. Tama ba? HAHA.) And honestly, I don’t have plans anymore to prioritize blog hopping. I’d rather visit the sites I really feel like visiting, and comment on posts that I really feel like commenting on . So if you want to remove me from your link lists, I won’t mind. Honestly.

By the way, the baby’s name is Justin Nathan! I really don’t know how they came up with his name, but I think it’s a good name! I researched about it and found a website that generates baby name meanings (click the link). Justin means just, fair, lawful. Nathan means gift from God! See? It’s a really nice name. And since I saw that site, I already browsed through it and found out that my name (Janica) is a Polish variant of “Jane” which means “God is gracious”. I love my name!

It made me think what I will name my child (someday). I want it to be like mine, with a wonderful meaning. Actually, Niko and I would joke around and think of what we will name our future baby. Haha! I’m thinking about “Alexandra” which means “defender of mankind” (reference: same website as above), but I’m afraid she will grow up to be a bossy person. HAHA.

Jeez, just thinking about baby names is fun!

And I finally have my ID. I’m an official student of the University of the Philippines now. LOL.

THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY. I didn’t have a busy week, yet I’m tired. And I’m craving for cookies and cream flavored ice cream. And I’m missing my Niko so much. And I want to sleep now. Zzz.

Now that I’m 18, I’m not that interested in bikes anymore; I want a four-wheel ride! LOL. But since it’s impossible for me to have one (for now), another kind of bike will do. Yes, motorbike! Motorcycle, baybeh! Ugh, I really want one so I would be able to go around the city without the pain of riding bus and train with sweaty construction workers.

Jeez, wouldn’t it be cool if I go around in a motorcycle wearing a cool motorcycle clothing? AWW I can’t wait. Since a motorcycle is an open vehicle, meaning the rider is totally visible to the people around, it would be really great to wear something cool that would make the people look at you! Well, of course not all clothings are applicable when riding a motorcycle (like skirts maybe). Good thing there’s a website that sells not only motorcycles and motorcycle parts, but also clothings! Isn’t that great?

And don’t forget the helmets for your protection!

ARGH. I will have to learn with a bike first for balance. LOL.

I had my straight hair permanently curled last year. The curly-haired people usually have their hairs straightened or rebonded, I must say that it’s really in season. LOL. The chinky-eyed people like the Chinese and the Japanese really want their eyes to be big, while we Filipinos prefer chinky eyes. The Filipinos are doing everything to make their skins white, buying whitening creams and soaps, while tanning is really “in” in other countries! This is a really weird phenomenon. Hehehe.

Speaking of tanning, I’ve read a lot about sun tanning tips over the internet because, like what I mentioned earlier, it’s really in season. If I’m not mistaken, it’s currently summer in the USA and beaching is an ordinary hobby for them. Some really bask under the the sun to get a natural tan, while some prefer other methods. I wonder, is it safe to bask under the sun during lunchtime or something like that? I’ve read somewhere that the sun’s rays are not safe anymore by 10:00 AM until around 3:00 PM.

So to those who want to have their skins tanned, I suggest that you read sun tanning tips first before doing anything so there will be a 0% risk of damaging your skins.

And I finally have my own UP lanyard! But I don’t have my ID yet. I’m supposed to get it on the 18th of July. Tagal! I can hang my cellphone with it, anyway. So I can wear it na, and I can yell at random people and shoo them off while wearing it. LOL. Ya know I’m just kidding. I swear! PEEEAACEE.

I wish I were as strong as I think I am. Just when I had the littlest guts I could ever have to do what I have in mind, I would chicken out. I simply cannot put into action the words coming out my mouth, no matter how strong they are. Puro salita na lang yata ako. When will I ever have the courage strength to do what I have to do?

I hope things are going to be better this time. And I’ll do everything to make it work.

What’s with the rain? I don’t know. But my hormones keep on reacting with it.

I feel really bad about me not visiting your sites. I’m so outdated. Hopefully, when classes are suspended tomorrow, I’ll be blog hopping. Actually, UP does not hold classes on Mondays, but because our professor in Spanish 10-11 would be gone for the entirety of July, we would have to hold make-up classes. Jeez. Classes are suspended for tomorrow! YEEESSS. YES YES YES. I’ll be blog hopping tomorrow!

I miss my Niko.

So most of you who read my previous blog entry wasn’t able to understand what I was referring to. Well, here’s the thing: I already transferred to BA Linguistics in UP from Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts in UST. Sorry, I was trying to keep it a secret from my offline friends so I couldn’t blog about it here. Apparently, some of them reads my blogs.

Yes, I just had a major change in my life. Not just a change of environment and set of lessons to study, but a change of path. Thank God. I’m finally pursuing the path that I’ve always wanted. I’m excited, and I can’t wait to feed my (corroding) brain informations and lessons that, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do last school year.

ANYWAY. So how was your first week? Mine was a-okay. I didn’t have hard time adjusting to the totally different environment and system because I was with my high school friends. It actually felt like I’ve always been there with them there, I didn’t feel like I was a newbie in their group or whatever. It just felt.. normal.

Even the building-to-building transferring felt so normal. In UP, classes are held not in one building only, so the tendency is, you have one subject in one building, and another subject in another building and so on. Yes, I’m so used to it now. It is extremely tiring, though.

So to UP Diliman people out there, if you want to meet me, just shout “NIKAAA!” outside the AS Lobby (Palma Hall) just in front of the guard. That’s our official tambayan.

Anyway, my best friend is leaving for the US next week. She’s going to spend the rest of her pregnancy there with her mom. I’m so going to miss her… I just wish I can be there for her. 

On another note, I think I’m excited for school to come.
